Your head isn’t a to-do list

I spent years testing productivity apps made for people who can stare at a list of thirty items without freezing. Every single one tried to convince me to organize everything before I did anything — and organizing ended up becoming the task itself. Your head can’t sustain the system. It needs a place to unload, not one more demand.

Relesk came from a simple question: what if the app worked the way your head already does, instead of trying to fix your head?

Your head can’t sustain the system.

Calm by default

Most apps I tested were noisy by design. Red counters, overdue badges, “you’re behind” emails. None of that made me more productive — it just made me avoid opening the app. And avoiding is exactly the opposite of what you need when you’re already overwhelmed.

Relesk stays quiet until you need it. It shows what fits today, without shoving the rest in your face. No red counter. No “you’re late”. If a task didn’t happen, it goes back in the queue without drama — tomorrow is another day, literally.

Today before the backlog

The list of what you could do never ends. The list of what fits today is small and manageable.

That’s why Relesk starts with the day, not the backlog. Opening the day is simple: you see what makes sense now and go. When you close the day, two minutes is enough to mark what got done and pick what carries to tomorrow. The backlog exists, but stays quiet until you need it.

The spark only when you finish

Starting also counts. Opening the task, taking the first step or coming back after a pause — that’s already movement. It doesn’t turn into confetti with every interaction: Relesk’s only visual celebration is reserved for completion. When you mark a task as done, a check with a spark appears — small, quick, satisfying.

Flexibility without excess

Projects, sections, tags, goals, sprints — everything is there if you need it. But nothing is mandatory. You can use just the daily loop, and it works just fine. Relesk doesn’t force you to set up anything before you start using it. The structure grows when you want it, not when the app demands it.

Privacy as trust

Relesk has no ads and doesn’t sell data. We make money when you subscribe — not when we sell your profile to someone else. Privacy isn’t a marketing feature; it’s the foundation of the trust that makes any tool worth using.
